Terms of Service

1. Who provides UCA

UCA is the private project of one developer, Diar Kryeziu - not a company. The full address and contact are in the Imprint.

An app with its own terms page (for example UCA Ludo, UCA My Files, UCA PDF Editor or UCA Red Ball: Pulse Genesis) follows those terms; these general terms apply where that page says nothing.

2. Using the apps

• Use the apps only in line with the law and these terms. Do not attack, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse or automate the services, and do not use them to harm others.
• If an app has an account (UCA ID), keep access to your email address to yourself; one person per account. We may block accounts that break these terms.
• Your own content (files, messages, recordings) stays yours. You give us only the rights we need to store and process it to run the service for you.

3. Free apps, ads and purchases

• Free apps may show ads from Google AdMob, after your consent where the law requires it. You can change your ad choices in the app's settings; details are in that app's privacy policy.
• Purchases in an app from Google Play go only through Google Play billing, under Google Play's terms and refund rules.
• Purchases on our websites are sold by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which issues the invoice and handles refunds and cancellations. Your statutory right of withdrawal stays unaffected.
• Virtual game items and credits have no money value and cannot be cashed out.

4. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the apps and servers running, but we cannot promise they are always available or free of errors. We may improve, change or end a feature or an app; for a paid plan we tell you in good time, and you can cancel.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. For free apps, liability for simple negligence is excluded as far as the law allows. Keep backups of important data.

6. Your rights and these terms

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and for a material change in a paid plan we tell you first. Questions: support@ai.ucagg.de.

UCA PauPau

UCA PauPau is a free space arcade game for players aged 13 and over, in the browser and on Google Play. It has no account and no purchases. It shows ads from Google AdMob (after your consent where required); "Reduce flashing" is on by default and can be changed in the settings. Game progress is stored on your device only; deleting the app or its data removes it.

Referi

Referi is a language learning app (German and English, A1-C2) at referi.ucagg.de and on Google Play. The Android app is free with ads from Google AdMob (after your consent where required). Paid access on the website is sold as described in point 3. Learning content is for practice; we do not promise exam results. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at support@ai.ucagg.de.

UCA My Home

UCA My Home connects your own TVs and phones so you can control them from the panel at myhome.ucagg.de and from UCA AI. Only pair devices that you own or are allowed to control. Commands between your devices can be end-to-end encrypted; you can turn plain commands off in the TV's settings. The paid plan is sold as described in point 3 and can be cancelled at any time for the end of the billing period. Removing a device in the panel ends its pairing.
